Expand your network, increase your circle of influence and challenge yourself to consider new ideas and theories. Participate in lively debates, workshops, master’s series and breakout sessions on talent management, employment law, recruiting, analytics, organizational development, benefits, and more! You may receive answers to difficult or challenging questions that you have been asking yourself about your workplace.
For those that are certified you will earn a boatload of credits for both the SPHR, PHR & SHRM–CP, SHRM-CSP.
We are expecting a capacity crowd of over 1,500 human resource professionals and vendors, virtually every industry, and size of organizations is represented. If you’re in HR, own your own business or manage other employees this conference is for you! Learn, network and perhaps have a little fun at the Hilton Bonnet Creek, Orlando’s newest AAA 4-Diamond hotel surrounded by Walt Disney World® Resort.
Our Key Note Speakers always give top notch sessions on anything from giving you a higher level of purpose, maybe helping you find life balance, strategic planning, or even learning how to increase support at work and to give you the potential to succeed.
A charismatic and versatile actor, Blair Underwood has found success acting in television, on stage, and on the big screen. His success has been driven by the underlying belief that, in order to achieve longevity in the acting business, you must diversify yourself and become as flexible as possible. In 2000, People magazine named him one of its “50 Most Beautiful People,” and in 2004 named him one of the “Sexiest Men Alive.”

A ward of the state for much of his childhood, Steve Pemberton has made opportunity, access, and equality pillars of his personal and professional life. Pemberton is chief diversity officer and divisional vice president for Walgreens, the first such person to hold that responsibility in the company’s 110-year history. His memoir, A Chance in the World: An Orphan Boy, a Mysterious Past, and How He Found a Place Called Home, chronicles his difficult path through foster care and his determined search for his family.
In between all of the learning and networking with new and old friends and colleagues don’t miss our Tuesday night networking party. Come and Party with us on Tuesday night as we enjoy the hot Miami sounds of Latin Night! We will have music that will have everyone on their feet and some great Latin inspired food to go with the theme.
