We know becoming certified as an HR professional is not easy. Some of you are newly PHR or SPHR certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute and some of you have been HRCI certified for years. There are also many of you who have recently received the new SHRM certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP. For those of you who are new to this process, once you receive your certification, you must recertify your credentials every three years through professional development activities. Whether you have one or both certifications, keeping those certifications current requires an investment in You!
We want you to know the 2015 HR Florida Conference & Expo has you covered!
This year you can earn up to 14 HRCI re-certification credits and 16 SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDC’s), all in less than 3 days by attending all concurrent sessions, including the sessions offered during lunch and attending the keynote presentations by Susan Packard and Steve Pemberton. Lunch will be available over a two-hour time period for your convenience with a minimum of 15 minutes between each session, so it’s possible to grab lunch on the go.
Are you in desperate need of Business Credits?
If you are you coming down to the wire on your three year window for your SPHR and need those business credits, register today! Many attendees come to our conference just for this reason. You can attain a large number of business credits quickly at our state conference. Attend our Masters Series sessions every day and you can earn 12 business credits during the three day conference and even more credits are still pending.

Are you free Sunday, August 30th?
Remember to check out the Pre-Conference Sessions where you can earn up to 6 additional HRCI credits and 8 additional SHRM PDC’s by attending the sessions offered on Sunday. This is a great way to get your feet wet and settled in early, start meeting people and networking while you are learning from the best!
