Scott Hudson focuses his practice on representing management in employment and labor issues, ranging from litigation to proactive measures designed to reduce exposure to claims. Scott also assists management in complying with state and federal employment regulations through internal employment law compliance reviews, management training, Affirmative Action Programs, and employee handbooks.
